Shipping

Each Jungle Paul piece is made to order and fulfilled through our production partners.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times (after your order is produced and dispatched):

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, carrier delays, or destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Replacements

Because every item is made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ve got you covered.

We offer replacements or solutions if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

• There is a printing or production issue

All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Reach us anytime at support@junglepaul.com.

Size Fit

We want you to get the right fit the first time.

If you selected your size based on our size guide but the fit isn’t right, we offer a one-time replacement per order.

If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer a discount code or alternative solution to make it right.

Our Approach

We design and produce in small batches with intention — every piece is made specifically for you. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and keep production thoughtful rather than mass-produced.
