Refund policy

Because every item is made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right.

We offer replacements or solutions if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• There is a printing or production issue

All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@junglepaul.com.

Size Fit

We want you to get the right fit the first time.

If you selected your size based on our size guide but the fit is incorrect, we offer a one-time replacement per order, subject to availability.

If a replacement is not possible, we may offer a discount code or alternative solution.

• Size issues apply only when the size guide has been followed
• One replacement per order only
• Items outside the 14-day window are not eligible
